I’m doing too much…at least that’s how I feel!
There are days (almost everyday) that I feel like I need an extra hour, and even then I would still feel overwhelmed. Feeling totally exhausted and burnt out is definitely starting to take its toll on me. I really had to take a step back and look at the big picture, it was starting to feel like I was being counterproductive in some areas. Thankfully, I just finished up one of my courses for the semester, to keep my sanity I’ve decided to take the summer off and recoup.
Hopefully this will allow me to focus more on my weight loss, freeing up my schedule to hit the gym more and preparing healthier meals and get some much-needed SLEEEEPPP!!!
I’ve realized that I need to figure out a way to work smarter, not harder…I’m looking forward to making some positive life changes in the coming weeks.
