Today is a great day to start planning for the week ahead if you haven’t done so already. I like to take today to figure out my meal plans and spending plans for the week. That way I’m not as stressed as the week progresses.
I’ve made a commitment that I will do something everyday that will bring me closer to my goals, by planning things out I find that I’m more successful at what I accomplish. I’m not guessing my way through the week and being unproductive. It’s a great way to stay on track!
