Green Smoothie

I usually drink this green smoothie for breakfast at least 3-4 times a week. It’s quick and easy and I can just take it to work with me. I make it in my magic bullet so it’s ready to go!

Here’s what you need:

1 Banana
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Handful of Kale and Spinach
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed *optional*
1/2 or 3/4 cup of water (this depends on how thick you want your smoothie)
3 cubes of ice

Place all items in your magic bullet or blender, blend for 2-3 minutes and you’re done! Enjoy!
