Faith without works is dead.
I’ve been keeping very busy with my business over the last few weeks, I’m happy that things are finally coming together and I have faith that things will work out. I can definitely say that I understand the above statement 110%! I’m looking forward to doing great things in the near future.
Until then, I need to get back on my health and fitness regime…I’m taking some FREE classes at the local community centre for the next couple months. I’m so happy that it’s finally starting to warm up around here. If it’s one thing I love it’s going for long walks on a warm morning or a late evening stroll.
I’m back in full fitness mode as of today!
Every once in a while it’s becomes so easy to be discouraged, whether it’s my weight loss or starting my business or something else. Every now and then I need a little push to remind me that I need to keep pushing and to stay the course.
I was able to have one of those days today. Being in the process of starting my own business has been trying and stressful. When I see others taking the same initiatives it’s a great reminder that i’m not alone. I’m glad to be in such great company, being in the presence of like minded individuals have reminded me that anything is possible.
Have a happy Saturday…
Whether it’s a good day or bad day make the best of if because this too shall pass…
A good friend of mine sent me this today, she said it reminded her of us. I responded with “birds of a feather flock together”. I’m so grateful to have supportive friends.
Today is a great day to start planning for the week ahead if you haven’t done so already. I like to take today to figure out my meal plans and spending plans for the week. That way I’m not as stressed as the week progresses.
I’ve made a commitment that I will do something everyday that will bring me closer to my goals, by planning things out I find that I’m more successful at what I accomplish. I’m not guessing my way through the week and being unproductive. It’s a great way to stay on track!
Here’s to a successful week of making things happen!
I am in the midst of transforming my life, I’m starting my own business and it’s one of the most challenging things I’ve ever done. Over the last few years I’ve been evaluating my life and came to the conclusion that I really wanted to work for myself. I knew it wasn’t going to be easy, but I also knew that I was willing to do the work to get there.
I also knew that not everyone would be supportive, not everyone will want to see you succeed, not everyone will be in your corner.
I’ve lost lots of sleep, I’m constantly thinking about new things pertaining to my business, my hopes and dreams for my company keep me going. I’m constantly working to accomplish my goals so that I can build my brand. People say that I’m boring because I don’t splurge or go out all the time, I’d rather be home working on my business.
I don’t expect my business to profit overnight, or become this great success overnight. I know it will take time and lots of work. I also know that If I don’t put in the work now, come next year I’m going to wish I had started sooner.
I’m excited about this new chapter in my life…I’m also very, very scared. There are times when I think I’m scared of my own success, I know that’s a little weird. Especially since I’m going in this to be a successful business owner. I’ve giving it all I’ve got and I’m looking forward to reaping what I sow.
If you’re out there and you have a goal or dream you want to accomplish, I say do it! If you know you should have started last week, last month, last year or even years ago…start now. The time is passing by anyways, so why not make good use of it. Even the smallest step makes a difference.
Get up and get going…
I can’t tell you the number of times that this has happened to me. Whether it’s saving for something, losing weight, taking a class or simply mending a relationship. Now that I’m older and wiser, I’ve learned the importance of time, the minutes, days and weeks that go by without a care in the world, the minutes, days and weeks that you wish you would get back.
I choose not to dwell on those minutes, days and weeks, instead, I choose to act on the ones I do have. Making every effort to make every day count so that a year from now I will be glad that I stated today!
I hope you can start something today, it doesn’t have to be big, it just has to be something, anything…have a productive day!
Learning to live in the moment,
Reminding myself that no matter what I’m going through, I have to keep going…there is so much more ahead for me.
