As I mentioned before, I’m having some issues with my weight. I got into a car accident January 2012 and things haven’t been the same since. I put on weight and haven’t been able to get it off.
Here are my weight loss goals:
- 130 lbs
- 25% Body Fat – I know that’s still high but I have to start somewhere and need to make this realistic.
